Return and Exchanges

Customers have the right to return or request a refund the products within 14 days if they are still new or gently used, including if they cause any allergic reaction or unpleasant condition.

Conditions to return or refund product:

• • Items that are qualified for a free promotional item must be returned with the free promotional item.
• • Returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse. 
• • For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Notes (extra notice for returns):

• • Return activity is subject to monitoring. At its sole discretion, the company reserves the right to decline return requests that do not comply with the stated return policy, appear to be abusive, or involve items reissued at no charge as a goodwill gesture following a report of non-receipt.
• • Please note that shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. 
• • Items that are not eligible for return and are sent back to us will not be returned to the sender.
